I usually run my browser with unicode UTF-8, instead of the normal western iso. I recently viewed my page from another computer that was running western iso encoding. I noticed the &nbsp comes up as a capitol A with a . over it. If you see that you may want to change your encoding to UTF-8. I use the command to create spaces in html. Some browsers do not render it correctly. Some encoding does not render this correctly. Maybe I need to change the way I do it. Not today.
