Last night was the run off election in the city of Lake Worth. The runoff was between Suzanne Mulvehill and Dave Vespo. I was at The Havana Club last night with the Suzanne Mulvehill campaign to watch for the results. The results were eventually posted on the County's channel 20 TV programming. So what is the problem? The results were not posted on the PBC elections until 9:38 pm. More than half an hour after they were shown on TV. This is complete BS. The elections office needs to do a lot better under it's new leadership.

BTW. The results showed that Suzanne won. :)

Well the elections office still doesn't care. I sent this letter to the office on the 19th.

Dear Dr. Anderson,

Last night was the runoff election for the city of Lake Worth. Many people were waiting for the results of this election. As almost 4000 people voted in a run off election that shows that there is still interest in voting even in runoff elections. Many of us were logged into the results page of the runoff election. Once again the elections office failed it's voters.

The results of the election were posted on channel 20 more than half an hour before they were posted on the results website. The timestamp on the website shows 9:38 pm. I find it astonishing that with all of the modern tools available to your office and the knowledge base of your staff that it is not possible to post the results in real time. This is a similar issue to the November election were I was able to get faster results for the elections in Olathe, KS. .

Please communicate to me what the efforts of the elections office will be in regards to this issue.
