After going through the fiasco I did earlier. I was amazed that I actually received the frame.
I took the bicycle to :

They did an excellent job of rebuilding the bicycle. Dealt well with my extreme pickiness. And after a couple of weeks of trying to find hard to get and out of date parts, making some custom changes when parts were not avaliable. They managed to rebuild my bike. I have managed to take the bike out a couple of times now and it is a great ride. It feels really good. I found the shoulder pad on ebay and the flickstand also came from ebay. The bicycle is a Nishiki Riviera GT. I know it isn't the latest and greatest in designs for bicycles but it is what I wanted. And I am really happy I got it. I am really enjoying the rides and having a blast cutting off the cars on the highway. >:)
